4 bands, 1 venue, no beer for the bass player as she is driving. This will not happen again!
We have a strict 30 minutes (after Churchill have done their thing for THEIR 30 minutes), so at 9pm we are OFF.
Its hot, the PA gives in half way through (admirably sorted out in record time by PA man Gary), but we carry on in typical British fashion. 30 minutes seem like 5.
If you are lucky there will be photographic and video evidence of how good we were :-)
10pm and the bass player is out of there, trailing the back drop and bits of musical gear in her wake. Its FRIDAY and she WANTS A DRINK.
Back in the venue the karaoke has started. Born Idle have left the building......
